Unfortunately, we cannot issue annual statements, as recently FREENOW has made a couple of changes to invoices and fees. More specifically, since July 2020, the commission has not been deducted from tips.
Therefore, past this date, the current data that is extracted is not an accurate reflection of the driver's earnings.
Because of this, we cannot provide any annual statements as the data in the sum would be inaccurate while the bi-weekly invoices correctly reflect the commission.
Currently, with the way we export this data, the total fare includes the tip, and we cannot separate this out to exclude the tip amount.
You can download all of your invoices from the FREENOW Driver Portal.
Access using the same credentials as in the driver app and then select ‘Invoices’ from the top-right menu icon.
