The Service Fee is a small fee charged by FREENOW to the passengers on certain Black Cab trips and goes towards making sure we can continue to provide fast, safe and high-quality service.
This amount will not be added to the meter rate. It will be automatically added to the final value of the trip. You do not need to collect it.
