Every time the passenger cancels the trip and you are eligible for a cancellation fee, you will receive a notification on the navigation screen, whether you are inside the FREENOW app or not.
You can also find your total value of cancellation compensations on your invoice summary as well as under your trip overview. Here you’ll find each eligible cancellation fee in your job list, as well as the booking it’s connected to.
Cancellation Fees will be paid out once a week, every Tuesday, along with your payments from completed jobs. For further details on when you will be paid, click here.
