When waiting for a passenger at the pick-up point, you have to wait for a minimum of 5 minutes and comply with all the protocols to be eligible for cancellation compensation (cancellation fee).
Make sure to start the meter after 2.5 minutes if your passenger is running late.
If after 5 minutes (starting from the moment you arrived) there is still no passenger, you may cancel the trip.
You’ll receive compensation on your next invoice summary.
