All ride adjustments are paid once per week along with your completed ride payments. These trip adjustments are not currently visible on your FREENOW driver app.
For example, an adjustment made on Monday 6th September will be paid to you on Tuesday 14th February.
What should I do if I believe I haven't received my correct adjustment?
If you're expecting an adjustment on a recent trip, please don't contact the Driver Care Team. Instead, we suggest waiting until the following Tuesday for your payment and invoice. Your adjustment will be have been processed by this time. The adjustment will also be documented on the third page of your FREENOW payment invoice, with the details of the ride it relates to.
