How can I delete my FREENOW account?

If you no longer wish to use the FREENOW app and would like to have your account deleted the process varies depending on your device:

Apple (iOS) 

1. Tap on the menu button in the bottom right corner of the homepage
2. Scroll to the bottom of the menu and tap 'Settings'
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap 'Account options'
4. Tap 'Delete account' 
5. Confirm by tapping 'Yes, delete my account' 

If you're having trouble with in-app deletion reach out to our Driver Care Team with the email address registered to your FREENOW account.

Android

Submit your request to our Driver Care Team with the email address registered to your FREENOW account.

In line with GDPR, we aim to have this completed within 30 days of your request.
