Passengers will be reimbursed for trips that are incorrectly marked as complete, or partially reimbursed for trips that are shorter than the original destination.
Our system shows the location of your vehicle for the duration of the trip so we can determine if a trip has not occurred or has ended earlier than anticipated.
Our passengers are able to change the destination as well as add stops in the app, therefore 'flexible ride' will no longer be available. Find more on how a passenger can change their destination, here.
