Driver payments are processed once a week, every Tuesday. This covers all work completed from the week prior (Monday-Sunday) as well as any ride adjustments or credits.
Each payment made to your bank account will be accompanied by a statement sent to your email. This statement will provide you with a breakdown of your jobs, earnings, etc.
The processing of payments can be delayed due to bank holidays. We'll always do our best to get the payments out to you as timely as possible, and if there're any changes to the payment time, we'll notify you beforehand if possible.
You can be paid anytime up to midnight on payment day, but if you think there has been an issue with your payment, please contact our Driver Care Team directly. They'll be happy to help.
