We've introduced a new, more secure method of logging in to the driver app, which complies with the GDPR requirements.
If you log out of the app via the 'Menu' (Image 1), you'll have to re-enter your username and password, as the app no longer prompts these details.
To stay logged in simply exit out of the app without using the 'Log Out' option.
Here are some tips for the new login process to run correctly:
- Make sure you have an internet browser installed on your phone (Safari, Chrome, Opera, Firefox or other)
- Cookie files must be enabled in the phone settings
