Our Loyalty Program is made up of 3 tiers. Your tier depends on the number of trips you completed in the previous month.
The trips needed each month to reach each tier can be seen below:

| Gold | 140 + |
| Silver | 1 - 139 |
| Bronze | 0 |
Please note that the number of rides needed for each loyalty tier may change from month to month depending on passenger demand and other factors.
