How do I reset my password?

Forgot your password? No worries, here’s how to reset it.

1. Open the FREENOW driver app.
2. On the login page, click ‘Forgot password?’. (see the 1st image below)
3. A new page will appear (see the 2nd image below). Enter your username, that is, the email connected to your FREENOW driver account.
4. Click on ‘Send me the link’.

Next:

1. You’ll receive a text message with a link 
2. Click on the link
3. Enter your new password
4. Enter your new password again for confirmation
5. Click ‘Use this password’
