When you upload documents to FREENOW, they’re usually reviewed within 72 hours. To make the process faster, try these tips:
Expiration Dates:
- Ensure your document is current by checking its expiry date. We cannot accept expired documents, so if you upload one, you’ll need to resubmit, potentially extending the process by up to 72 hours.
Photo Clarity:
- Avoid using flash or other artificial lights as they can obscure the image. Take photos in natural daylight for better clarity.
- Ensure the photo is not blurry and that all four corners of the document are captured.
Accuracy:
- Double-check that you upload the correct document in the right slot within your app.
- The name on your document needs to match the name in the app and on your other documents.
