SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS > If the driver’s name is not mentioned as a policyholder, we will require supporting documents
1. Permission letter > Ensure the Permission Letter matches the policy number on the insurance certificate and doesn't grant exclusive usage on platforms other than ours. We'll only accept it if there's an additional clause specifying use for hiring before the period of hire begins.
2. Insurance Driver schedule > A driver schedule is necessary only if you have submitted fleet insurance in which you are not identified as the policyholder or named driver.
3. Insurance Vehicle schedule > Only necessary when the fleet insurance lacks specific vehicle details and indicates under "Vehicle(s) Insured" as 'As specified in the attached schedule.'
Note: When updating driver/vehicle documents, your documents are only submitted to our team when all of the documents are updated. For example, if your driver/vehicle has two expired/missing documents, our team will not receive the vehicle to validate until the second document is uploaded.
