To update your professional status in the app, follow these steps:

Go to the three lines (menu) in the bottom right corner

Tap Account > Professional status > Change professional status

Select Change status (note the remaining changes in this period)

Confirm your desired status

Finally, Accept and request status change
Your status will be updated the following Monday and reflected in your invoice the week after.
Checking Your Status: Go to Menu > Account > Professional status. A pending change will show "You'll be a worker soon." Once updated, your new status and the option to change it again will be displayed.
