If you want to update your professional status to ‘Worker’ or change back to ‘Independent contractor’, please follow the steps below:
- Open the menu by tapping the three lines in the bottom right corner
- Tap ‘Account’
- Tap ‘Professional status’
- Tap ‘Change professional status’
- Tap ‘Change status’ (note, you’ll see how many changes you have left in this period)
- Verify whether you’d like to change or remain on your current status
- Tap ‘Accept and request status change'
- Once your status has been updated you’ll be opted in the upcoming Monday and this will be reflected in your invoice the following week
To check your status Tap Menu > Account > Professional status. If your status is still pending you'll see 'You'll be a worker soon'. If your status has already changed you'll see the new status and the option to change it again.
