Start your pre-booked trip by following the steps below:
- Go to the 'Calendar' icon at the bottom of the screen
- Select the ‘Accepted’ tab and select your upcoming prebook
- Tap ‘Start trip’ when you're beginning your journey towards the passenger. If you don't activate the job 20 minutes before the pickup time, you will be forced to start or cancel the trip
- Tap ‘Arrived’ only within 5 minutes of the requested pick-up time as the passenger will be notified that you're outside
Note: You can start the trip when you are on your way, up to 1 hour before the prebooked time. Starting your prebook puts you into a job flow like any regular booking.
Prebookings are often important services where our passengers depend on your punctuality and reliability. Please, avoid cancelling a reservation at short notice or being unpunctual.
