FREENOW Loyalty is a program designed to give you rewards that help you get more work and bigger earnings.
How it works!
You collect 10 points for every trip you complete. The more points you collect in a month, your status is higher for the following month. The higher the status, the better the rewards!
Extra points:
- If you are Zero emission (BEV), you can get an extra point per trip.
- If you have our on-car advertising (OCA), you’ll collect extra points for every trip you complete. That way, you reach a higher status sooner and unlock rewards faster and easier. Sign up here to have our on-cab advertising.
There are 3 statuses: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

If you reach a new status, it comes into effect at the beginning of the following month. Your points refresh at the end of each month.
The rewards:
- Prebook preference: Drivers with a higher status get access to the list of prebook offers before drivers with a lower status.
- Offers priority: The higher the status, the higher the priority over regular day-to-day job offers. Gold drivers have top priority, followed by Silver, then Bronze.

Gold boost: Drivers with Gold status unlock a one-time chance to claim their Gold status back if they lose it, at any point in the future.

- If they keep the Gold status for 1 month, they unlock the Gold boost
- If they lose the Gold status at any point they can claim the Gold boost to return to Gold the next month
- After using it, to gain the Gold boost again, they must maintain their Gold status for 1 month

Drivers don’t need to sign up to be a part of FREENOW Loyalty. Every driver completing jobs in the FREENOW app is automatically signed up.
Where do I see my progress and how do I reach the next status?
You can track your progress and check your status in two ways:
- Open the app and swipe up from the bottom of your home screen or
- Open the app, go to the main menu (☰) and tap on the ‘FREENOW Loyalty' option. Here you can also read information about the rewards
To collect more points and reach the next status*, use these tips:
- Stay alert to app notifications, especially during events, for an increase in job opportunities
- During off-peak hours, expand your pickup radius to maximise job availability
- Encourage street-hail passengers to use the ‘Pay with FREENOW’ option, ensuring these trips are logged in the app and contribute to your point tally
